    De-skunking
Here is a recipe for "deskunking" from the Kansas State Vet School, published in True Grit, the publication of the Jack Russell Terrier Association of America. Bathe your dog with a mixture of:
1 quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide (from the drugstore)
    1/4 cup baking soda
    1 teaspoon liquid soap.
Follow this bath with a tap water rinse. It really works!
